Jennifer Tomeny Stacchini has experience in general corporate, business transactions and real estate.
Jennifer was formerly an associate at Pavia & Harcourt, LLP in its New York office. While there, Jennifer worked in the firm's commercial and corporate group.
In 2008, Jennifer joined the Law Offices of Anthony S. Cannatella. Jennifer has substantial experience in the formation and general representation of corporations and other business entities. As counsel at the firm, Jennifer continues to apply her knowledge of corporate, commercial law and real estate to successfully assist our corporate and individual clients in a wide variety of commercial and real estate transactions.
Jennifer is a graduate of the State University of New York at Geneseo (B.A., 1993) and Boston University School of Law (J.D., 1996). She is a member of the bar of the State of New York.
